NIKKI CHRYSOSTOMOU, started teaching dance and movement while assisting her dance teachers at the age of 13, which gave her the fundamental base of knowledge about the body and alignment. She is a Master Instructor for Balanced Body, Cranial Sacral Therapist, teaches basic anatomy and is a student of Osteopathy at SICO
Nikki founded the Tranquility Pilates Centre London in 2005 and is currently working out of her new entity Movement Integration in Northern California
Nikki has been teaching Pilates since 2002 and believes there is still so much to learn. ”The day I stop learning will be the day I leave this universe!”
Nikki’s love of practicing and teaching Pilates comes across in her work. She is a motivating, positive, and dedicated person who helps people understand their bodies for a better way of life. Listening to the client’s body is a big part of Nikki’s work. This results in an increase in the quality of movement, movement with less or no pain, and ensures initiation of movement from the right place.
