Jennifer Pilotti

Jenn is a movement teacher and author. She has been working with people to improve their strength, flexibility, body awareness, and confidence since 2002. She holds a M.S in human movement, a B.S. in exercise science, and continues to read and apply research from a variety of fields, including neuroscience, psychology, biomechanics, and exercise physiology. Jenn's work includes working with people of all ages individually to meet their movement goals, teaching workshops in person and online, developing continuing education content for mental healthcare providers, movement teachers, and curious movers. She teaches yoga and is a lecturer for the Naval Senior Leadership Seminar and is the author of four books about movement.
