Hello, A few months ago, I purchased this course. Unfortunately, I have found the content very difficult to follow. In several lessons, more than one teacher speaks at the same time, which makes the audio unclear. In addition, there are no subtitles, which is especially challenging for me since English is not my first language. I initially tried to continue, but given the cost of the course, I am quite disappointed that I cannot properly hear or understand the instructions. I would appreciate your advice on how this issue might be resolved, or whether a refund could be considered. Thank you for your understanding. |
