Hello. I have a client who has a fusion spine from T1 and L1 and I would like to know if it is safe to place a ball under the sacrum and to supine arms. Also, can I do hinge bridge. Thank you |

Hi Maria, In a case like this always ask their doctor and/or PT. I would not place a ball under the back of the pelvis for this client when doing supine arms. Instead, maybe a folded bath towel? Yes, I think a flat hinging bridge would be ok for this client but detailed cueing and support like a ball between the knees is going to be helpful. Thanks, Jen |

Thank you Jennifer. Just last question, can I introduce Unilateral workout? Like in Supine Arms or Feet in Straps or even doing Armwork like chest expansion Bicep Curls or Salute. Thank you |
