Hello, I was wondering what conditions people had that brought them to you? Also would you incorporate these exercises into a regular reformer/tower class. Thanks Rose |

Hi Rose, Great question, thank you! I do incorporate these exercises and concepts into a class setting as much as possible. Some things like the probe breathing work are going to be tickier to do in a reformer class, but I often start off a tower class in that position. In a reformer class i will sometimes hand out leg weights (as in the workshop) for feedback in supine work or as an alternative have participants hold a yoga block along their sternum with their palms stacked on top of the block to give pressure/ feedback to their breathwork. I always talk a lot ablout breathing. :) Most of my clients are referred/ come to me with some issues of chronic pain. Most commonly pelvic/ hip/ lumbar issues, severe scoliosis, pain associated with hyper mobility, stenosis, complications from multiple surgeries- especially spinal or abdominal surgeries, and postpartum pelvic floor issues. Thanks, Jeremy |

Hi Sheila, The basic 6 strut tensegrity model, I purchased from Merrithew.com though it seems they are out of stock. I hope they still have it in the future. The spinal model I pined over for years and finally got it as a special treat for myself. It's lovingly made by a man in Germany. His website is, appropriately, tensegrity-model.com. Thanks for the interest. Hope you enjoyed the workshop. Jeremy |
