What type of blanket is used In Session IV : 20: Inch Worm & Session VII: Blanket Breathing? If can not locate your type of blanket, would a furniture movers blanket/ pad work? Please do tell me the type of blanket you tend to use. |

HI Deborah - Any large blanket will do as long as it slides on the floor easily... No need for a furniture blanket... |
