About session 1 「Lumbar Side Bending」 ・What’s the difference between “hip drop test(21:00-)” and “heel lift test(23:00-)”?? ・I wonder why we got the different(opposite?) results between the two tests.. 1)hip drop test - When bending her left knee, compensation(rotation) occurred - restriction : lumbar side bend to right 2)heel lift test - When lifting her left heel, compensation(on side bending) occurred - restriction : lumbar side bend to left?? ・Why can you guess that the client has the「lumbar convex left」according to above two tests??
