This was a great course, thank you Nikki. I have a question about last two exercises. [Trapeze: Side lying(for Bow Leg & Tibial Bowing)] : I don't understand why this exercise strengthen the lateral leg and hip. Because the spring tension challenges the adductors(medial leg). [Trapeze: Side lying adductor lift (for Knock Knee)] : I think this challenges the lateral leg and hip for the same reason.

Dear Tomohiro Thank you for your message. I'm happy to hear you enjoyed the course. In answer to your question: Trapeze side lying bow leg and tibial bowing - yes this is correct it will do, but it will also help to balance out the 2 pillows of the leg - the lateral and medial side to help correct the leg alignment Trapeze side lying for knock knee - in knock knees, the medial side of the leg is over stretched, which means I need to strengthen the medial side of the leg to help balance out the lateral and medial sides. I hope this helps. Nikki
