Hi Anula, I was wondering whether you would have any suggestions on how to position someone who is unable to straddle the bed (our particular brand is quite wide). I really like the straddle position as it really allows the person to move more freely then with the legs extended infront of them. Im unsure whether there is any variations to this but figured Id throw the question out there :) Thanks so much for your video. Im loving watching it and listening to your cueing! |

Yes. Sit them on a long box in a straddle. |

Hi Anula! So happy to see you have another new workshop! Have purchased it and excited to delve in. But this is actually a question for your previous reformer variations workshop. I have tried many variations in my class and my clients love them. One of them though was quite difficult for my clients, due to the positioning. Long box with ab jumps and ab work facing footbar. Most of my clients find that it's hard to place their hands on the edge of the box as they may not be as petite, what would you recommend? Thanks! |
