I am wondering if you are allowed to flex ( or extend) the thoracic and lumbar areas with a C6-7 fusion, understanding that the area just above and below the fusion is staying still. All cervical flexion and extension should be avoided, correct, not even a slight head nod? Thank you for your great spirit and informative workshop. So much appreciated! Thank you. Barb |
