I tried to look at the post with this title but it looks like the content has been deleted. I have currently have two pregnant clients who are about a trimester apart (my first pregnancy and I got two!). I just finished the Protocol for the Reformer and I learned so much that I can't wait to get into the other video! When it comes to the c-curve, when should we start avoiding this position? As soon as the client knows she is pregnant, or later on in pregnancy? I thought the use of the exercise ball to support the legs in a table top position was very clever. I actually have a client with a larger body, and TT is often painful for her. I've tried Overballs or rolled up towels behind her knees, but those modifications just haven't worked, so I'm excited to try the ball. When it comes to a pregnant client, is there a time when we should avoid TT or ensure TT is supported? Thanks!
