Hi, thank you for the wonderful and enriching workshop. i do have a question about the pelvic list though during lunging, since a lunge is actualy a part of the gait pattern , so is a pelvic list supposed to take place to the side of the back leg? or we should try a keep the ASIS levelled and pelvis stable, or this action will lead to overworking QL?thanks |
