Hi Nikki, Thank you for a very informative Workshop. I was hoping you could help me with an issue on the right side of my body. When I walk, run or do footwork my right tibia rotates internally, this causes my right foot to supinate & invert and causes my right foot to not sufficiently push off during the push off phase in locomotion. In a static posture my right femur is slightly medically rotated. In locomotion, it rotates laterally. As a result my right leg “shortens”. Because of this my right glute is very weak and I have constant QL issues on the right side. I also have lateral knee pain on the right side. Can you, perhaps, give me pointers as to what can cause this and how to address the imbalance using Pilates. Thank you Jans
