Hello , Thank you for an amazing workshop. I appreciate the detailed rich PDFs . In Pilates we work on hip stability and in gait the hip is not stable in the same sense we teach the body especially in lunging or any standing work. Does the benefit of hip stability comes in between strikes? Or it is still important to control the degree of hiking and rotation? Thank you Alia |
