May I just ask what type of Mikasa balls Jen and Casey are using in the apprentice workshop videos? I’m in Australia and all the Mikasa balls I can find online here are for volleyball, basketball and other sports. Are there special ones for Pilates? Are they hard or soft? Thank you Donna-marie |
