Thanks for a great workshop! I am looking forward to practicing some of these techniques. I'm just wondering how and when to integrate them into sessions with my existing clients. How do you decide when and which exercises or techniques to use? It seems you could spend an entire session releasing, finding, and balancing the psoas... and then the client would likely come back with their same patterns the next week. Do you start with one or two of these exercises each session (for a client with some psoas dysfunction) and then move into the Pilates repertoire? Or do you strive to make soft tissue changes with this stuff first (through multiple sessions) before progressing to more advanced work? Thanks so much!

thank you for your question. Integration of this material into a session is a big question. The process is based on many factors. Your ability to assess the persons‘ movement patterns in order to balance the session to meet the clients needs, their health and goals, and your scope of practice. I suggest you practice the techniques on a colleague and yourself until you discover the techniques deeply before integrating in a client's session.
