Hi Wendy I found you on Pilates Anytime and I only wish you had more classes there - Reformer, Tower, Reformer/Tower. I really felt like I'd come home even though I've been with Pilates for 20 years. I love your approach. Everything finally makes sense and I'd really love there to be more teachers "out there" who have your Pilates mindset and perspective. What you bring to the work is completely unique. Even though it's virtual, I see you as my mentor. Thank you so much. Shelley

Hi Shelley, thank you so much for your heartfelt sharing of the value of my approach to Pilates. Have you seen my latest workshop with Fusion: Biotensegrity...From Sacral Laxity to Core Coherence? You will love the explorations that Amy and I dive into to unravel her chronic sacral problem. You will actually see her acknowledge the change she is feeling throughout our workshop, and notice how she is moving from a place of "aligning herself" to a place of "orienting from her innate wisdom"....getting to the ROOT cause of sacral problems, and so much more! I am honored to have you see me as your mentor, and look forward to a time when we can meet and explore together! Be in touch so we can put you in our Pilates Center of Austin database for future offerings in Austin or Asheville or maybe close to you!: wendy@pilatescenterofaustin.com . Thank you again for your generous spirit, xwendy

Hi again Wendy, Yes, I found your workshop on Core Coherence and signed up for it. I didn't know it was your most recent but I was very drawn to it. I've watched 3 videos so far. It's fantastic. A few months back, based on one of your stretch-eze videos, I ordered the medium and the small, as I didn't know which would be better for me, and I've been watching your videos and experimenting with them. Just received them in the the last few weeks actually. Again, I love the way you relate to 'props' and this band is an awesome 'awakener', as you say. I also purchased one of your workshops on pilatesanytime and I've literally made transcripts of your sessions, printed them out, and have been studying them! Although I'm a certified instructor through Balanced Body, when you mentioned in one of your videos that you had clients whose osteoporosis healed!!! through your approach to Pilates, something in me kind of turned on, and since then, quite a few months back, I've been looking into using Pilates for Rehab. I taught mat work for about 15 years, but now I've invested in a Reformer and a Reformer/Tower, and my orientation is really now towards rehab. Of course with the pandemic, it's a great time for learning and preparing myself for this new 'career.' As an aside, I'm also a therapist, and your approach has helped me enormously to understand the way I was intuitively working with people anyway. Now I have the language for what I'm doing. It's incredible. The idea of every part of us related to every other part, and to the environment (each other)... and many other aspects of what you teach. I thought I'd just mention how your influence on me goes way beyond Pilates. Thank you so much for replying to me, and if there's anything else that pops into your head about any of your other programs you think I'll enjoy, please do let me know. With deep appreciation not only for your work, but for who you are as a person, Shelley
