Hi Jennifer, I have an elderly client with partial hip replacement are all the exercises appropriate or should I avoid crossing mid line and internal rotation. His balance is poor and he had developed a Trendelenburg gait pattern. |

Hi Alison, it is great to hear from you. How long ago was his hip replacement? If it is the most recent surgery ( posterior approach ) then you can use all of the exercises. If it is an anterior approach do not internally rotate or cross the midline. Love Jen |
