love this exercise in refresher course but have a quick question is your ball so tiny that opp hip stays on floor, mine is big enough that I feel I need to lift the opp hip come up to height of ball propped pelvis. would it be ok to use a ball under each glut, slightly greater challenge but hips would start at same height? |

Hi Alison, Yes, you can use a ball under each glute or you could put a towel or some pads on the opposite glute cheek to rock you over to the ball side. I am so happy you are enjoying the Refresher program. Love Jen |
