Hello, How do you cue the multifidi? What are some good ways to cue the multifidi? Thank you for your help and input. : D |

Hi Anne, There are so many ways that you could go about creating awareness of these deep stabilizers. I would recommend Marie Jose Blom's SmartSpine workshop on our site ( The Multifidus loves the weight and the heat of the SmartSpine ). Love, Jen |
