Hi Jen, I just watched the 4min video with you helping your client with a clamshell using the Smartspine to help the fascial sleeve move internally while the client performed the external rotation of the clamshell. Would you be able to give a short explanation of how the internal spiral of the fascial net assists with and doesn’t interfere with , the bone rhythm of external rotation of the femur? Is this the basis of rotation throughout our musculoskeletal system of the fascial net being pulled in the opposite direction from the bones direction? Is this the kind of information John Sharkey imparts in his courses? Would this be apparent in dissection? Do you offer courses that go into more explanation of this inherent spiraling? I appreciate any reply you can give. Thanks! |

Hi Amy! Great Questions. I would recommend you look at Marie Jose Blom's SmartSpine workshop on our site. This would bring you right to the source. She teaches this move in detail. Love, Jen |
