On: November 13, 2019 12:07 PM	Hello! I have never taken a SmartSpine Course & am wondering how you heat the SmartSpine? I am really enjoying the Pilates Show demonstrations with the SmartSpine . Thank you!
On: November 14, 2019 15:50 PM	They can be easily heated in a microwave - but BE CAREFUL! Just start slow and do 10 seconds at a time until you figure out how long it takes to get them warm. Take it from us - it IS possible to burn them! Now we use a small "Towel Warmer Cabinet". If you go to Amazon and search for that phrase - you'll see them. They keep things warm during the day. But be careful with these too - eventually the products can become a bit cooked if you're not careful.
