This was amazing! So many of my clients will benefit from this….baby steps…love the transitions and cueing!
excellent
very good
I've watched this several times, each time I pick up on something new. Thank you for the all of the details.
Great workshop, love how clearly Madeline describes...
I always love the detail on how Madeline Black teaching. Very easy to understand yet very easy to adapt in personal teaching.
This was an excellent workshop and demonstration of exercises so that I could easily see the proper movement of the upper thorax and manubrium in various positions.
It is amazing the work she does hands on. I hope i can manage it as good as she does.
Once again, Madeline has outdone herself. Amazing workshop. I will be able to use so much information from the workshop and apply it to use in my teaching.
I really enjoyed this workshop? So informative, well explained and executed.
I really liked the contribution made by Madeline
Great helpful workshop, especially cueing the clavicles is very helpful. Thank you
Very informative
I really enjoyed the session and I feel that it was shown in a way that I will be able to teach it easily.
Thank you! Will watch again. Love the progression from Anatomy, theories, and diagnostic use, to treatment.
I was lucky enough to work with Madeline during one of my own certifications. It's a pleasure to see her attention to detail and extraordinary depth of knowledge translated to this online platform. I've learned a lot about the specific movements of the upper thoracic spine and clavicles, as well as new exercises to teach my clients. Fantastic workshop.
Very clear and consise. I am thinking about extension in a different way! Thanks
As with 2 other workshop of Madeline (mat strengthening and psoas as core muscle)I'm very satisfied with the content. I especially liked the work with positional release exercices as they are simple to practice and can really help to bring back mobility in the upper thoracic region.
Great workshop. Very detailed. Thank you...
Enjoyed the workshop. Would love a part 2 with more exercises to utilize in Pilates setting.
I really enjoyed this video. Wonderful anatomy imagery! Thank you!
Lots of information - thank you Madeline!
Thanks for all of the Pilates exercises after the assessment. Plenty of stuff to work with.
Very informative! If only add something of how to release the front part - many clients have very tight pectoralis minor and round shoulders, as well as tight muscles around the humeral head. Would be more completed and perfect adding that part!
Hi Jill - thank you so much for your feedback. In Session 1 of this workshop (and any that may include any sort of touch cueing - we list the PMA's suggestions and also refer students to the PMA scope of practice document. You're right - everyone should be aware of the PMA's suggestions and their local laws before incorporating touch into their work.
This was a very informative workshop. I was a bit surprised at the hands on bodywork. Though I am an Occupational Therapist and feel comfortable do this and feel my license allows for it. I would not think that this is the realm of a pilates instructor but more of a Physical or occupational therapist.
Great!
She is a very good instructor. I enjoyed seeing her cue the movements in real time with the model.
Perfect explanation from Madeline Black!
