Description

Lesley A. Powell teaches SpineFull and Hippiness:
a workshop about maintaining youthfulness and agility in our spine and hips as we age.

Maintaining a youthful spine and hips as we age is essential for our ability to change levels, gait, and all movement activities. When our mobility diminishes it slowly affects our entire body from feet to head. This workshop builds from the basics of maintaining spine and hip health to more complex actions.

Pilates Repertory is a wonderful building foundation but applications need to be made to standing especially for our older clients.

  • Understanding the anatomy of the spine and pelvis
