Joy, You have such a welcoming way of drawing in your learner. Information is very concise and to the point which allows for a great learning environment. The handout was much appreciated.

This is a wonderful workshop with easily digestible detailed anatomy. The information that will most influence my teaching and personal movement work is the relationship of hip rotators/adductors in posture and the tensioning/rebounding quality of thoraco-lumbar fascia. Thank you for the detailed PDF that I have marked up with copious notes and will keep in my library of movement references.
