Description

This is a core training essential!

This workshop will arm you with the basic principles and strategies behind the transformative power of release work. This process is a key fundamental in basic movement re training. Release work is simple, straight forward, and produces amazing results that are easily taught and achieved. Every client, from your most active athletes to your therapeutic clientele will benefit from this transformative work. You will receive theory on how the body deals with stress, how it communicates, as well as a demonstration of basic, effective trigger points that bring health and vitality, and better range of motion to your client's whole body. In addition to these offerings you will receive a PDF file with a full class outline to help you get started. And to make sure you feel confident on how to present the work, you have access to a live class to further your understanding of this process.

Concepts & Techniques

This workshop will go over the basic theory of release work, and why it is a vital step in the core training process. You will learn how the body deals with stress, and simple applications on how you can help your clients to unwind habitual movement patterns. In addition to a detailed overview of some of the core release points in the body, you will also see an actual class format to help you bring this information into your studio in an integrated way.
