The Ann McMillan Movements Progressions are a series of craftily designed and imaginative workouts aimed at reducing the woes of the sedentary lifestyle and balancing muscle tone. These well-planned workouts leave nothing to chance as the deskbound lifestyle is confronted by a regime that systematically develops mobility in the ankles, hips, thoracic spine, and glenohumeral joints while providing stability to the feet, knees, pelvic girdle (core) and scapulothoracic joints.

Through precisely targeted stretches, gentle mobilizations, the accurate firing of stabilizers, the body is being prepared to put together the elements that form integrated movement. Each workout progresses from the ground up to finish with challenging standing work that incorporates balance and deep core control. This engages the wholes body’s musculature in a functional fashion.

The program effortlessly improves client’s movement awareness to help them develop control while providing them with a satisfying workout that will make them crave for more!
