Description
In this online Pilates workshop Joy Puleo offers a fun and dynamic anatomical journey of the spine, thorax, core and pelvis. Joy infuses her passion of human movement to create an anatomy course that is understandable, relevant to any movement practitioner and a must for a Pilates practice. In this course we will focus on how to enhance movement quality by understanding what you see in order to create exercise progressions and cue for best results. This is the first in a series of workshops that explores anatomy in a way that is infinitely relatable to everyday clients issues, athletic performance and rehabilitation.
