In this online Pilates workshop, Adam McAtee explores exercise science principles, literature, and current research, offering strategies and specific examples of how to use movement science to enhance your Pilates teaching.

Learn techniques for building strength, strategies for effective cueing, and evidence-based guidelines for working with pain and injury.

Adam shows you how to incorporate the latest exercise science into your Pilates class to help your clients get stronger, move more efficiently, and meet their fitness goals.
