Good detailed presentation of anatomy

Good class. Very anatomy heavy at the beginning but the exercises were helpful, especially to know which of the common pathologies they were targeting (bow legs, knock knees, tibial torsion). Thank you also for the alternatives that can be done on the mat!

I enjoyed this workshop! The anatomy review was great to look over before diving into the exercises. The information on bow leg and knock knee protocols was helpful as I feel that is rarely discussed in trainings.

Nikki is precious!! She is gentle and kind and thorough in her presentation! I would love to take a private session with her one day;). However I would have loved a more upbeat presentation or animated with the muscle section...that was tough lol the muscles of the foot are hard so I need a lot of drama lol

Very helpful to have the pop ups for alternative equipment. I don't have a trap table or wobble board but was able to use my balanced body MOTR and Arc instead, Thanks!
