Description

In this online Pilates workshop Jennifer Gianni invites you to join her as she uses Pilates to help a client through the process of double hip replacement surgery and to prepare them for a total knee replacement.

Watching Jennifer work one on one with one of her clients gives you specific cueing in language, touch, and positioning, that is tried and true for this population. We have a ton to draw from in the pilates studio and material that we can use in a creative and effective way with our hip and knee replacement clients.

Learn the do's and dont's for pre and post movement protocol for both hip and knee replacements. See safe, effective and hands-on material that you can use right away with your clients on the mat, seated, standing, and on the reformer.

There is an enormous amount of material that you will be able to teach your client for easy and effective homework sequences.
