I Thoroughly enjoyed looking at the work from this aspect, the finer and more intricate details that make huge shifts. I am enjoying exploring this with my clients. Already seeing the benefits.

Misty W

Great to see how the emphasis of the foot affected the legs, pelvis and spine in the movements. Thank you.

Joelle S

great workshop! Thanks Madeline

Terisha T

I love Madelines cues...and because they are different from mine they give me a different perspective and also more cues to offer clients

Michele C

Excellent workshop; especially liked seeing Madeline work with a non-dancer client.

Alia A

Great workshop ..... very interesting to learn queuing from the extremities in. Thank you

Paula K

I love Madaline Black's workshops!

Aika M

It was very helpful information how to actually see a correct alignment of feet and hands on the exercises. Not only pay attentions to the feet but also looking at the pelvis to see how it effect the movement was very interested and learned lot to improve my teaching eyes to clients. Thank you so much for your wonderful workshop as always! Love to learn from you always.

Kris B

Wonderful! I wasn't over-excited about the topic of feet and hands, but knew if Madeline was doing it, it would be worth it. It was so much more than that! The placement and movement of our hands and feet can change the way the rest of the body moves, the muscles we activate and can help to activate muscles we should be engaging but typically do not. I will use everything I learned from this workshop in every session I teach

Vicky

Enjoyed it so much! Love your book!

Rachel A

I'm excited to try out these ideas and concepts in the studio!

Elvira K

Great workshop, inspired me to look at the Pilates repertoire from a new perspective

As a new teacher this workshop helps me in proper cues in relation of the feet and hand. Feet and hand relation to our movement makes it easier for the client to determine the muscle group that will be working or to focus on. Thank you Madeline.

Suann S W

This was an excellent training. Especially showing how small movements of the hands and feet have a great effect to increase the benefit of each exercise.

I think it would be helpful to have an outline/short lecture about the goals and philosophy behind your work. The description of this activity did not match my expectations and it took a while for me to get on board with what you were trying to show. It's nice to have someone to work on to show all the little details of your work. I just would have like a little more theory or personal conversation about the purpose of your teaching in this module.

Malgorzata P

love your teaching

Mary S

EXCELLENT INFO!

Dav

Very useful information!

Ilana K

*Fantastic* posture pencil tip. Lots of great information about how foot and hand alignment effect all of the Pilates work. Personally, I found the cues for foot position on supine mat work specifically helpful, since I had a better initial understanding of weight bearing going into this workshop. Great, specific cues very well explained. Thanks!

Juliana T

Great information!

Deanna N

Very detailed and very well explained. Wonderful work!

Kathy P

I liked the concept and exploring the distal to proximal and how it creates a deeper connection thru the whole body

Karen K

The workshop offered valuable information on the important closed chain relationship on the hands and feet to transmission of force through the limbs to the spine.

Molly B

Great Course
