I really enjoyed how Casey presented the information. The pressure points in Session 4 were a real bonus!
Wonderful workshop! Casey addressed every aspect of sitting posture and ways to overcome them...
It was so good explained. First the theory part and then the practical part. But i would like she shows more exercises where you do not need so much equipment, so the person can do it at home.

I love the idea of bringing in the sling for instant cueing and feedback - like the pharaoh variation of elephant and the desk exercises and the balls under the belly and pecs for back arm work on the box...

Great workshop with some new desk exercises. Here's one to add that I love: Stand facing wall, feet apart, pointed forward. Bend forward at the hip, palms on wall, legs straight, in back extension. Relax head and let it drop forward. Neck and psoas release.
