Description

Do you have aging clients who struggle to bend down to tie their own shoes? Have you ever felt unsure about how to modify the exercises from your traditional Pilates training for your older clients? Do you want to learn simple and safe ways to help your clients restore mobility and function to their spine, shoulders, hips, and knees?

If so, this online Pilates workshop by Nikki Naab-Levy is for you!

As Pilates teachers, we know how beneficial Pilates can be. However, many of the traditional exercises can feel inaccessible for our active aging clients, if they struggle with mobility issues and joint stiffness.

If you’ve ever had a client with these challenges, you’ve probably realized that this loss of mobility can have some significant repercussions. However, you may have been unsure of the best way to help these clients regain function and strength.
