This workshop goes beyond the physical work—Tanya emphasizes the mind–body connection, helping clients approach surgery with confidence and prepare for smoother post-op recovery.

Packed with variations and progressions on multiple Pilates apparatus, this course gives you a full toolkit of exercises to meet your clients’ unique needs.
