The mat Pilates repertoire is brilliant in its entirety. The exercises flow into one another with seamless transitions. Each exercise is a preparation for the the one after it. But what happens when you cannot do all of the exercises the way that they were designed? How can we get the work to translate to everybody? This is the perfect time for the use of modifications and props. In this video you will see how some simple modifications as well as a few well-placed props can completely change the work within the exercise Saw.
