Randi (she/her/they) teaches movement because she’s come to know, deeply and personally, it’s power to change and heal. She has experienced how her movement practice has facilitated deeper connection, trust, and respect, and brought about true healing in and with her body. Her work is to hold space for how we learn to appreciate, allow for, and work with and through our bodies as they show up at any size, age, with any set of abilities, and with the myriad of stories they hold. Randi has taught Pilates for over 15 years and is currently studying somatic coaching and bodywork with the Strozzi Institute in addition to her continued exploration into somatic movement.
