Description

Breathing is our most basic life force, but too often it is taken for granted. In this online Pilates workshop, Michaela Goorahoo breaks down the chemical and neurological aspects of breath while providing tools to assess your client's breathing and strategies to improve the quality and function of respiration.

With simple exercises and minimal props, you can start to unwind inefficiencies that inhibit optimal breathing while bringing more awareness to the importance of a ‘breath practice’ for your clients both in and outside the studio.

  • Understand the mechanics of breathing.
