Description
Join Allie Greene to explore your inner space through your embryological beginnings and early developmental patterns. Experience their richness through guided somatic practices. discover fluid postural tone as a means of alignment and relationship with gravity and space. Delve into our human developmental patterns and how they directly relate to how we organize our body mind connections. Integrate all of this experiential knowledge into Pilates mat and reformer exercises.
Objectives
- Explore, organize and integrate the body from an embryological and developmental lens.
- Learn embodied teaching language
- Observe and participate in somatic practices designed to create inner awareness and flow
- Observe and participate in Pilates mat and reformer exercises from an embodied perspective.

Great informative course! The Instructor is excellent at emphasizing the importance of getting back to the fundamentals and providing theory and exercises to support this. Allie has a great way of allowing the students time and space to have their own experience through the movements without over cueing or over correcting and provides instuctors wth tools to approach their clients in the same way. I look forward to incorporating these practices in to my teaching. Highly recommend this course.
