So true, Casey! I do the same but my go-to room is my bedroom so I leave a few props on my nightstand. Whatever works
Thank you,

Phyllis, I could not agree more… Whatever works is right! The nightstand is the perfect place to stash home healthcare props!
Much Love,

Hello
Squirreling away simple props for my relaxation station (couch) is how I’ve begun to decorate! Keeping a nice heating pad on my couch for leg and feet cramping is helpful. Small rec ball to keep back in neutral is wonderful. Depends on the day, but also a massage wand I stick behind couch cushion, when not in use. Don’t forget my cushion memory pillows for when I finally lie down for a minute ;))

Suzanne, you got it going on in the self care department! I would come over and hang out on your couch any day! 🙂
