Hey Casey I have been working on a Stott reformer lately and I find I am really uncomfortable in my back while doing footwork and feet in straps. I am a very small person. Is the Stott reformer just to big and heavy for me? Is there any way to make it work for me? Thanks and I love all your videos ! Eva deBrun
Hi Eva!
Yoga blankets can really help the bed of the Stott reformer soften up. Also, EVERYTHING should be on a lighter spring tension, as Stott runs pretty heavy. You can always get a hold of them and see if you can order lighter springs! I will show you how to pad up the carriage on an upcoming Pilates show as a picture is worth a thousand words…
So great hearing from you Eva! Keep the questions coming!
Much Love,
Casey Marie Herdt
