Yes! a curb is great – super simple and they are everywhere. I’m glad this is helpful.

STOTT PILATES calls this is called “train” and can be reversed as well. Can be done on jumpboard, too. I do it most mornings on Yamuna Foot Wakers (knobby half domes) while I rinse me teeth! It is marvellous that there is no end to the things we can dream!
