Are you using this mixture for the “cleansing” portion of your bath? I never feel clean unless I suds up somehow.
Casey
Hi Jennifer! I totally agree with you on the suds action. I typically take a rinse off, soap up shower after my bath. It feels amazing!
Cheers!

A lot changed in my life a few years ago when Casey moved to asheville. One of the many ways she has positively influenced my life is through her vast knowledge of how to tune the body and daily rituals that help to maintain balance. I take a bath at least 5 times a week with this recipe and it is my get away and helps me so much to let go and reset. Thanks Casey. I love you.

We love using this for our baths and always have a glass jar sitting by the tub on the ready. We love adding balsam fir and lavender essential oils which are wonderful for muscles/fatique and help relax and rejuvenate both mind and body (very grounding). In the winter we love replacing the fir with eucalyptus to open up the sinuses.

I love the essential oil combo Donnie! Balsam Fir is one of my favorites from Young Living Oils!
