Slow down, yawn deeply, and reconnect with your body in this fascia-focused workshop from Alicia Head.
In a time when many Pilates classes push for sweat and intensity, Alicia invites you to explore the opposite: a calm, deliberate session built around the body’s natural urge to release—through the powerful act of pandiculation.
Watch as she guides her model through a full session of long, fascia-based movements designed to help you feel taller, calmer, and more deeply connected. While it may look like a stretch class at first glance, this workshop offers so much more—a full-body reset grounded in awareness and ease.
As Marie José Blom describes, this is “working in, not working out.” And you may find yourself mirroring the movements instinctively—because they simply feel that good.

Amazing course, looking forward to more!Pamela H
Amazing course, looking forward to more!
Great course. Very well done
Excellent workshop. Really enjoyed the material. Can't wait to add it to my personal practice , then teaching.
Alicia is very knowledgeable and presents the information well. She explains how to do the pandiculations and also how to teach them. Whitney is a good model and demonstrates her understanding of pandiculation. As a classical teacher with classical apparatus, I did have to do a little modification.
I appreciated the workshop and can't wait to bring these movements to my students
