Great content
Really great video
I enjoy Lesley's classes because after having taken Franklin Method it helps me integrate the concepts I learned about bone rhythms into my Pilates practice. Very helpful
Clear and effective
Great cues!
Wonderful video! Leslie takes a very complicated issue and helps explain in detail how and why the knee can get disorganized I it’s function in clear and simple terms. The analogies and imagery used in this video make is accessible to instructor and the client. Thanks so very much! Gerolyn Whittemore, Scolio-Pilates Practitioner
There was an incredible amount of useful information in this workshop. I learned so many new concepts.
Hi there! Thanks so much for this video and all of the great info! I would have liked more detail, including some slow motion of her gait, as well as a more thorough breakdown of what I'm looking at/for on the the alignment assessment. Thanks a bunch!Renee:)
Great information to breakdown alignment, function and correction. Thank you.
Informative video
I was very familiar with the hip and femur accessory motions, but this video helped me immensely with how to correct and manage a dysfunctional tibia. Having danced and been an equestrian, I realize the implications of turing out from the foot/shin instead of the hip creates challenges to manage later in life. I already notice a difference in how my foot organizes just with the focus to medial hamstring. I will use this on myself and on many of my patients with similar issues. Thank you.
Wonderful information. Great cuing and helpful tips. Love the open chain leg extension when she was seated on the chair. I question some of the rotation cuing in relation to meniscus tears post surgery and will message you about that. Thank you for this video.
great tips
This was especially useful personally, as I have arthritic knees, ACL surgery and a torn meniscus.
Appreciate the explanation of the bone rhythms and hands on cueing examples!
thank you for the great input. I really enjoy all the information. Thank you for remembering to mention spring settings!
I really liked not having a perfect model nail it; I liked to see the struggle between LP and the client.
Very detailed and good info...
Lots of good information.
Great information on the knee
I enjoyed this workshop, I feel it offers many strategies for adjusting the alignment of the knee for better bealth with clear and detailed information.
A lot of information packed into an hour - very useful and informative personally, as well as for many of my clients!
The course presentation and content were a perfect blend of technical and example.
Very helpful information and wonderful instruction!
This was such a useful workshop. I can't wait to apply the things I have learnt to my clients, and to my own practice. I'm looking forward to less knee pain in my life!
As always, Lesley, a lot of great information. Thank you so much for your wisdom!
Lesley is a great teacher. I enjoy her hands-on approach to working with students, and am excited to explore the leg rhythm with my Pilates students and dancers.
Very interesting workshop. I love how Lesley showed us how the mechanics of the knee works and how to improve some patterns.
Thank you for this great workshop. I have several clients with knee replacements, including my mom...she hyper extends & is knock kneed too, so this really helped me a lot.
