Feedback on Pilates Hand Mechanics

Really useful workshop for a better comprehension of the hand mechanic and a deeper comprehension of how the whole body is interconnected. Also really inspiring for work with elder clients who are losing movements on their hands. Thanks Jennifer

Thank you! I really enjoyed the skill and detail. I would be interested in learning about specific relationships of hand in Classical Pilates repertoire.

Cynthia Reid F

I found the material practical and useful, but would have liked more discussion of common dysfunction and more anatomical description of alignment (vs mostly imagery).
