Saul Choza's Beginner Classical Reformer workshop is an accessible introduction to the classical world for the contemporary instructor.
From this workshop, you’ll develop a sense of understanding about why an exercise is taught and the importance of teaching to the body in front of you.
Though you might be familiar with exercises like Footwork and the One Hundred, this workshop will broaden your scope of practice, and add some great new cueing techniques to your repertoire. Plus, Saul ends this workshop with a handful of exercises on the Baby Chair, showing how to connect the arms to the powerhouse (core), which can help in executing the exercises, Elephant and Knee Stretch.

It was a very informative class!
Great course. Hoping there is another one for dissecting intermediate classical reformer with Saul.
Nice workshop! I’m a classical teacher as well, but some great modifications and perspective to consider. Excellent :)
Fabulous workshop! Thank you, Saul. I'm already a Classical teacher but I still got so much out of this workshop; I learned some very effective cues and picked up many new ideas for working with beginner clients (and more experienced clients who may need to reconnect with beginner strategies to improve their practice). Hoping there are more workshops from Saul to come.
