Watch an innovative way to wake up the back body during footwork. By adding a spring above the knee, we add another way to find contrast inside the exercise. The extra spring also helps decompress the knees, feeds the femur head deeper into the socket, and aids in the rotation of the femur bone in its socket. This is an excellent exercise for spotting misalignment in the foot, lower leg, and femur. The strap above the knee adds another floor that you can cue from, and the Spring gives the extra support the client needs to find those subtle shifts into proper alignment. The video below will show you what we mean.

Looks really interesting. Can’t wait to try it.
Patti and I have used this in some of our reformer classes this week and it has made an amazing difference for many. Our clients have really enjoyed it and amazed at the new awareness it gives them.
